Ordinance approving a task order to a Job Order Contract to Jamail & Smith Construction, LP for the construction of Dan Markson Park located in Council District 8 in an amount not to exceed $900,000.00. Funding in the amount of $224,701.56 will come from the 2017 Bond, $605,298.44 from the Parks Development and Expansion – 2015 Venue Projects Fund, and $70,000.00 will be appropriated from the FY 2021 Parks and Recreation Department General Fund Adopted Budget and this amends the FY 2021 - FY 2026 Capital Improvement Program.
