Ordinance accepting, upon award, a grant in the amount of $73,729,453.00 for the period beginning October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 for managing the Child Care Services program in the 13 County Alamo Workforce Development Area; approving a full year budget in the amount of $77,352,240.00 which includes program income of $500.00 and an in-kind match of $3,622,287.00; approving a personnel complement of 59 positions; and accepting up to 20% additional funding if awarded and matching funds are available in the City's budget.
