Ordinance approving the submission of a grant to the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of $300,000.00 for a Master Plan update for Stinson Municipal Airport. This action will appropriate the City's matching funds in the amount of $30,000.00 which is included and consistent with the FY 2021 - FY 2026 Capital Improvement Program.
