Ordinance approving a contract with Swift Corporation, LLC, for the purchase, delivery, and installation of six automatic gate access systems for Stinson Municipal Airport for an estimated total cost of $136,800.00. Three gates, at the cost of $68,400.00, will be installed in FY 2021 with $34,200.00 of the cost reimbursed by the Routine Airport Maintenance Program grant awarded earlier this fiscal year and the matching $34,200.00 from the Aviation Capital Improvement Fund. The remaining three gates will be installed in FY 2022 contingent upon City Council approval of funding in the annual budget.
