Ordinance approving a construction contract to E-Z Bel Construction, LLC in the amount of $5,286,187.48 with reimbursement from San Antonio Water System and CPS Energy in an amount consistent with necessary adjustments to their existing infrastructure for the Fredericksburg Road (North Flores Street to West Woodlawn Avenue) project. Funds are available from the 2017 - 2022 General Obligation Bond Program and are included in the FY 2021 - FY 2026 Capital Improvement Program.
