Ordinance approving the acquisition of a conservation easement over the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone on a 190.996 acre tract of land known as the Hilton Ranch located in Bexar County and Medina County, Texas from Dewitt A. Hilton, Jr and Shelley L. Hilton, at a cost of $1,228,538.30 from Proposition 1 of the Edwards Aquifer Protection Sales Tax fund included in the FY 2021 - FY 2026 Capital Improvement Program.
