Ordinance approving a contract with Intertech Security, LLC, dba Intertech Ci, to provide for the purchase and installation of electronic security systems, video systems and access control systems, as well as preventive maintenance, at various City facilities for an estimated annual cost of $4.6 million. No funds will be encumbered by this ordinance which provides for the procurement of specified goods and services as needed, based upon the department's available budget. Funding sources may include, but are not limited to, Capital Funds, Operating Budgets, and Grants as authorized by City Council.
