Ordinance awarding a construction contract to Capital Excavation Company in the amount of $5,943,215.05 with reimbursement from San Antonio Water System and CPS Energy in an amount consistent with necessary adjustments to their existing infrastructure for the Vance Jackson Low-Water Crossings project, a 2017 Bond funded project, located in Council District 8.
