Ordinance approving an amendment in the increased amount not to exceed $131,962.00 to the $955,588.22 Civil Engineering Design Services Agreement with Poznecki-Camarillo, Inc. for design and construction services for additional joint-bid utility work related to the Fredericksburg Road (North Flores Street to West Woodlawn Avenue) Project, a 2017 Bond funded project. This amendment amount will be reimbursed by the San Antonio Water System, consistent with the necessary adjustments to their existing infrastructure for the project.
