Ordinance awarding a construction contract to Texas Sterling Construction Co. in the amount of $7,963,630.05 of which $762,247.10 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System and $496,205.58 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy for the Bulverde Road Phase 1 (Butterleigh Drive to North of Quiet Meadow Street) project, a 2017 Bond funded project, located in Council District 10.
