Section 551.071 - Consultation with attorney regarding possible action authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute lease amendments with the City of San Angelo and Skyline Aviation allowing encumbrance of Skyline’s leasehold estate interest in the lease of City Airport property commonly known as 8534 Hangar Rd., San Angelo, Texas.
2. Consider approving a raw land lease with KAB 200, LLC in the amount of $2,112/yr. and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all related documents (Keith Muncey)
3. Consider ratifying a one-year Lease Agreement with options to extend for four additional one-year terms with the ASU Small Business Development Center and authorizing the Board President or designee to negotiate and execute all necessary documents (Michael Dane)
4. Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Retail Water Service Dual CCN Agreement with Millersview-Doole Water Supply Corporation, which is required for the City's pending CCN Amendment Application before the Public Utility Commission, and will allow the City to provide retail water utility service to properties currently within Millersview-Doole's exclusive service area following final approval by the PUC (Brandon Dyson, Shane Kelton)
