- Consider approving the purchase of 3,977.16 sq.-ft. from First Presbyterian Church for the Chadbourne Phase B Project for $59,900 (appraised value), closing costs not to exceed $2,000; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all related documents (Patrick Frerich, Sarah Torres)
- Consider approving a fifth amendment to the Santa Fe Municipal Golf Course Services Agreement with Two Pro Management that extends the term of the agreement to September 30, 2027, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all related documents (Carl White)
