2. Consider renewing an agreement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to lease property for parks, recreation and youth sports purposes in the amount of $1,050 and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all related documents (Carl White)

Second reading of an ordinance for a text amendment to Chapter 2 “Administration and Personnel,” Article 2.07 “Boards, Committees and Commissions,” Division 11 “Public Art Commission,” Section 2.07.161 “Creation; members,” and Section 2.07.162 “Duties” to provide for additional commission membership qualifications and duties, providing for severability and providing for and effective date (Carl White)
4. Consider awarding AS-02-25 to Concho Valley PAWS for animal rescue services in the amount of $162,000 and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents, or in the alternative, reject such proposal and consider implementing in-house programming for such services (Presentation by Neighborhood & Family Services Interim Director Morgan Chegwidden)
