Consider accepting FAA AIP Grant award # 3-48-0191-053-2026 in the amount of $1,030,000 for a siting study, environmental clearance, and preliminary design and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all documents. 2. Consider approving Amendment #2, Air Traffic Control Tower Siting Study, with Woolpert Company, under the Airport Master Agreement in the amount of $1,008,386 funded via FAA AIP Grant award # 3-48-0191-053-2026 and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all related documents (Justin Fletcher)
