3. <strong>ZBA26-25 115 Chrysanthemum Street:</strong> A request for approval of a variance from Section 501.A for a rear-yard setback of 7 feet in lieu of the required 10 feet for a covered patio within a Planned Development (PD25-01) district.
4. <strong>ZBA26-27 3901 Ransom Road:</strong> A request for approval of a variance from Section 501.A for a 4-foot side yard setback in lieu of the required 15 feet for a new carport structure within the Ranch & Estate (R&E) zoning district.
5. <strong>ZBA26-30 1718 W Beauregard Avenue:</strong> A request for approval of a variance for an 18' front setback, 7' side setback, and 10' rear setback in lieu of the required 25' front, 10' side, and 20' rear for a multifamily development.
