1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a renewal of the Spectrum/Charter agreement for a three-year term in the amount of $124,424, through the Michigan Collegiate Telecommunications Association (MICTA) purchasing cooperative.
2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and enter into a contract for an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Forty Thousand, Seven Hundred Thirty-Four and No/100 Dollars ($440,734.00) with Reynolds Asphalt and Construction Co. for asphalt street reconstruction of Hilltop Trail and Meadow Lane (R-24-02) and repairs to Sachse Road (Miles to Merritt).
3. Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and enter into a contract with Garret Shields Infrastructure, LLC to reconstruct pedestrian improvements along Brookveiw Court in the amount of One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty and No/100 Dollars ($144,840.00).
4. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to approve the purchase of computers from GTS Technology Solutions for the amount of $84,358.28, using the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) purchasing cooperative
