1. Discuss and consider approving the agreement amount with Ron Hobbs Architects for the design of the City of Sachse Service Center for the amount of Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand, One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($973,100.00).
2. Discuss and consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Kompan, Inc. in the amount of One Million, One Hundred Thirty-One Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety-Eight and No/100 Dollars ($1,131,898.00) for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at J.K. Sachse Park.
3. Authorize the purchase of streetlight replacements from FSG Electric through the BuyBoard cooperative purchasing program (Contract #711-23) not to exceed Fifty-Four Thousand, Six Hundred Fifty-Six and No/100 Dollars ($54,656.00).
4. Authorize the purchase of Water Meter Supplies from HydroPro Solutions, Inc. not to exceed One Hundred Fourteen Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty-Three and 91/100 Dollars ($114,783.91).
