- Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement for the design of Woodbridge Parkway (R-24-03) between the City of Sachse and Binkley Barfield | DCCM in the amount not to exceed Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($293,000.00).
- Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and enter into a contract with NO-DIGTEC for pipe bursting improvements for the Third Street Water Main Replacement (W-24-14) through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) program (Contract# 20110401) in the amount not to exceed Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand, Nine Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($526,900.00).
- Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and enter into a contract for an amount not to exceed Seven-Hundred Ten-Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($710,000.00) with Reynolds Asphalt and Construction Co. for asphalt street reconstruction and rehabilitation of Sachse Road (R-25-01), Fourth Street, Floyd Street, Sachse Street (R-25-04), Cornwall Lane (R-OG-01), and Merritt Road (R-23-03).
