Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement for the design of Industrial Drive and Park Lane (BP-21-C01) between the City of Sachse and ARS Engineering, Inc. in the amount not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty-Five and 50/100 Dollars ($189,255.50).
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement for the design of Ben Davis Road (R-25-02) between the City of Sachse and ARS Engineering, Inc. in the amount not to exceed One Hundred Eleven Thousand, One Hundred Fifty-Six and 50/100 Dollars ($111,156.50).
3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and enter into a contract with NO-DIGTEC for pipe bursting improvements for the emergency Service Center sewer main repair through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) program (Contract# 20110402) in the amount not to exceed Ninety-One Thousand, Six Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($91,600.00).
