1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement between the City of Sachse and GTP Towers IV, LLC with a current expiration date of January 31, 2026, for the leased premises generally located at 6232 State Highway 78 Sachse, Texas 75048 for a lease extension of 18 months expiring on July 31, 2027.
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Alman Construction Services, LP, for an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand, One Hundred Sixty and No/100 Dollars ($554,160.00) to provide the replacement of the Public Safety building generators with one 500 kW industrial generator and purchase a portable diesel 200 kW generator that can be used as needed for emergencies on or off site.
3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and enter into a contract with GT Construction and VLEX Construction for the 2025 Annual Concrete Contract for an amount not to exceed Three Million and No/100 Dollars ($3,000,000.00).
4. Authorize the City Manager to execute and award the construction contract for the City of Sachse Public Works Pump Station Improvement Project, W-24-16, to Mayim Municipal Builders, LLC in the amount of Four Million, Six Hundred Eighty-One Thousand, Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($4,681,400.00).
5. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to approve the purchase of computers from GTS Technology Solutions for $113,421.40 using the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) purchasing cooperative.
