1. Take any action as a result of Executive Session discussion with the City’s attorney regarding Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Evolve Biologics (USA), Inc.
2. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking legal advice and engaging in an attorney/client communication with the City’s attorney relating to the Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Evolve Biologics (USA), Inc.
3. Authorize the purchase of one 2025 580SN Case Backhoe Loader from Associated Supply Company, Inc. through the BuyBoard cooperative purchasing program (#685-22) not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($127,000.00).
4. Take any action as a result of Executive Session regarding the deliberation<span data-teams="true" id="isPasted"> regarding the purchase, sale, lease, exchange or value of property adjacent to J.K. Sachse Park.
5. <span data-teams="true" id="isPasted">The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551.072 Deliberation of Real Property: deliberation regarding the purchase, sale, lease, exchange or value of property adjacent to J.K. Sachse Park.
6. Recognize the Development Services Department for receiving the 2025 Richard R. Lillie, FAICP Planning Excellence Achievement Award.
