  1. Approve a master lease agreement, a maintenance agreement, and other instruments related thereto with Enterprise Fleet Management Trust/Enterprise Fleet Management Inc. for fleet management services for the City of Sachse.
  2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and award the construction contract for Old Ben Davis Road (R-25-02) to Vlex Construction, LLC, in the amount not to exceed Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand, One Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($378,150.00).
  3. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a regular meeting on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the following items of business:
