Authorize the City Manager to execute a six-year contract with Motorola Solutions for infrastructure and software upgrades and ongoing maintenance of said infrastructure and software, of the Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Sachse (GMRS) radio system, in the amount of Four Hundred Twenty-One Thousand, Five Hundred Eighty-Nine and 24/100 Dollars. ($421,589.24)
2. Discuss and consider approving a resolution amending the City of Sachse City Council Rules of Order and Procedure, providing a repealing clause, and providing an effective date.
3. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a regular meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the following items of business:
4. Approve and adopt a resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule adopted by Resolution No. R-2026-09 by amending refuse service fees and providing for an effective date.
5. Accept the quarterly budget and investment reports for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
6. Accept the monthly revenue and expenditure report for the period ending July 31, 2026.
7. Invocation and Pledges of Allegiance.
