Harr Survey, Abstract No. 102 and Lot 1, Block A, Rockwall Commercial Addition, City of Rockwall, Rockwall County, Texas, situated within the SH-205 By-Pass Overlay (SH-205 BY-OV) District and the FM-549 Overlay (FM-549 OV) District, zoned Agricultural (AG) District, generally located on the northside of Justin Road in between John King Boulevard and FM-3549, and take any action necessary (2nd Reading)
