  4. Consider the approval of Resolution 2025-33R authorizing the approval of an asset purchase and sales agreement between the City of Rockport and the City of Corpus Christi for the purchase of the City of Rockport Natural Gas Utility System<strong id="isPasted"></strong>.
  5. Consider the approval of Resolution 2025-32R authorizing the redemption of all of the outstanding City of Rockport, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2014 (dated June 15, 2014), and a portion of the outstanding City of Rockport, Texas Equipment Lease/Purchase Agreement (dated as of August 8, 2017)
  6. <div>Consider the approval of Resolution 2025-27R accepting a donation from the Rockport Center for the Arts of a 50-foot Flagpole with solar lighting and five (5) US Flags; authorizing the placement and future maintenance of this Flagpole and any future Flags, authorizing the Mayor to execute a Multiple Use Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for use of Highway Right-of-Way for placement of the flagpole; and finding and determining that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed is open to the public as requirement by law.
