- Consider the approval of the renewal of windstorm coverage for the City. The renewal premium selected was OPT#2 to expire May 1st with a total premium due of $390,348.15. The coverage for OPT#2 is windstorm coverage in the amount of $32,216,496 with a 3% deductible ($996,495). The policy is expiring on May 1st to allow the City to get windstorm rates in the off-season with the benefit being the City will get a better rate. The current August renewal has the City getting rates based on the high possibility of storms being in the Gulf and rates being higher.
- Consider the approval of a Professional Audit Services Contract for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
- Consider approval of Change Order #1 to the construction contract with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for work on the Kluge Trail and Holly Road Street Improvement Project, a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) – Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project, in an amount not to exceed $85,000.13.
- Amending the City of Rockport Code of Ordinance, Chapter 82 "Solid Waste" Article II. "Refuse Collection", Section 82.39 "Fee Schedule" Setting New Fees for Service i. Staff presentation ii.
