Consider the approval of Resolution 2025-40R authorizing the City Manager to execute a Multiple Use Agreement between the City of Rockport and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the placement of a 50' Flagpole in the TxDOT Right-of-Way near the intersection of Business S.H. 35 and Broadway Street, and providing an effective date.
2. Consider the approval of Resolution 2025-43R authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract between the City of Rockport and Willdan for a follow-up Water and Wastewater Rate Study in consideration of going into Stage 3 Water Restrictions and incurring such restrictive costs from San Patricio Municipal Water District subsequent to the first Willdan Water and Wastewater Rate Study presented to Council August 13, 2024
3. Consider the approval of Equipment Purchase for Insta-Valve insertion equipment from Hydra-Stop
