Consider the approval on the first of two readings of the Ordinance 2008 annexing the hereinafter described territory to the City of Rockport, Aransas County, Texas and extending the boundary limits of said City to include said hereinafter the inhabitants of said property all the rights and privileges of other citizen and binding said inhabitants by all the acts, ordinances, resolutions, and regulations of said city; and adopting a serve plan or agreement.
