Consider the approval of Resolution 2026-17R, authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease agreement between the City of Rockport and Rockport Volunteer Fire Department to both (1) lease a city-owned property for the ordinary and usual uses of a fire station and; (2) provide quarterly operational funding and monthly janitorial reimbursements; and providing an effective date.
2. Consider the approval of Resolution 2026-15R, authorizing the Mayor to approve payment of seventh year of property tax 380 agreement between the City of Rockport and Pearl Point Phase 2 for the purpose of economic development; and providing an effective date.
3. Consider the approval of Resolution 2026-14R, authorizing the Mayor to approve payment of seventh year of property tax 380 agreement between the City of Rockport and Pearl Point Rockport 1 for the purpose of economic development; and providing an effective date.
