- Consider the approval on the second and final reading on Ordinance 2018, amending the City of Rockport Code of Ordinances Chapter 102 "Utilities", Article I. "In General", Sections 102-9 Request Turn-on or Turn -off; Service Change; Meter Lock; to add a service charge of $85.00 shall apply for any trip made after regular hours providing for the validity of said ordinance; repealing all prior ordinances in conflict herewith; and providing for an effective date.
