Consider approval of an Assignment of Parking Lot Lease Agreement between the City of Roanoke, First Baptist Church—Roanoke, and Crown and Cross Church for property located in Block 11, Lots 20 and 21, O.T. Roanoke. The property is generally located at the southwest corner of Rusk Street and Pine Street.
