- Consider approval to award bid to Central North Construction, LLC, for the US 377 median landscape development project funded by the TXDOT Green Ribbon Grant for the amount of $524,710.50.
- Consideration and action to place a proposal to adopt a tax rate of $0.326182 for FY2026-2027, which is unchanged from the prior fiscal year, including $0.192445 dedicated to general operations funding and $0.133737 dedicated to servicing the City's projected FY2026-2027 debt payments, on the September 8, 2026, City Council agenda (take a record vote).
