Hunter Survey Abstract No. 808, and being legally described as Lot 1BR-2B, Block 6, Homestead Retail Addition, an addition to the City of Roanoke, Denton County, Texas, by changing the zoning for said property from Planned Development Ord. 1996-117 (PD 1996-117) to Planned Development Ord No 1996-117 - Specific Use Permit (PD-SUP), to allow drone charging station use.
