5. Consider approval of the minutes from the regular City Council meeting held on September 22, 2026.
6. Consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-122R, amending the 2026 regular City Council meeting schedule.
7. <strong>RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION </strong><br>The City Council will reconvene into Regular Session, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to take any action necessary.
8. <strong>Hold a public hearing and take action</strong> on a zoning amendment request by BLW FLP Real Property LLC, to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Roanoke, Texas for approximately 70.119 acres of land located in PD 2000-124, by amending to authorize certain commercial uses in Exhibit A, and providing the development standards for the Tracts identified in Exhibit B, (ZTA-2026-08).The Planning and Zoning Board voted to continue this item until the October 19th agenda.
9. Consider and make a action<strong data-pasted="true"> </strong>on a Site Plan request by Brandi Nelson, of A Mothers Love Childcare, located at 501 Byron Nelson Blvd, Roanoke, TX. (SP-2026-07).
