Consider and act on an Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of “Town of Providence Village, Texas General Obligation Bonds, Series 2025”; Prescribing the Terms and Provisions Thereof; Authorizing the Sale Thereof; Entering into a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement; and Approving All Other Matters Related to the Issuance of the Bonds.​
