- Consider and act on approving a Loan Agreement between the Town of Providence Village Economic Development Corporation and PlainsCapital Bank authorizing the issuance of a Sales Tax Revenue Note, Taxable Series 2026; authorizing the borrowing of <em data-pasted="true">[up to $1.7 million]</em> in funds to finance the costs of an eligible economic development project consisting of the purchase of real property to encourage and promote new and expanded business enterprise development within the Town; and authorizing the execution of all related closing documents, agreements, and certificates.
