7. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">Consider and act on Ordinance No. 2026-339, of the Town Council of the Town of Providence Village, Texas, amending Chapter 12, "Traffic and Vehicles", Article 12.03 "Operation of Vehicles" by adopting a new division 3 to be entitled "electric bicycles"; providing for the incorporation of premises; providing for amendments; providing a maximum penalty of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for the first offense conviction and no less than five hundred ($500.00 upon conviction of second offense occurring within one (1) year of the first conviction; providing a savings and cumulative repealer clause; providing a severability clause; providing for codification; and providing an effective date.
8. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-pasted="true">Consider and act on Ordinance No. 2026-340 of the Town of Providence Village, Texas adopting amendments to the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budget, providing that expenditures shall be made in accordance with the budget as amended; providing for repealer; providing for severability; and providing for an effective. This amendment will have no impact on the Property Tax Rate.
