To call a public hearing for August 24, 2026, to consider the levying of the proposed assessments on owners of real property and against that assessed property within the Downtown Plano Public Improvement District; approving the preliminary annual service and assessment plan update for 2026; directing that the proposed assessment roll be made available for public inspection; authorizing and directing for publication and mailing of notices for said public hearing; and establishing an effective date.
