To amend Resolution No. 2016-9-17(R) designating the City of Plano as a HIPAA Hybrid Entity in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), to remove the appointment term and reference to Section 121.023 of the Texas Health and Safety Code and to update the City Departments designated as health care components of the City’s hybrid entity; and providing an effective date.
