3. <p style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt; margin: 0; padding: 0;" id="isPasted"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman'; font-size: 12pt;">Discuss and act on resolution of the City Council of the City of Pilot Point, Texas approving a Development Agreement with Hillwood Enterprises, LLC for the development of approximately 617.629 acres of land generally located east of Foutch Road, north of Friendship Road, west of FM-1385, and south of Strittmatter Road, authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement and related documents and providing an effective date. 4. Hold a Public Hearing, discuss and consider a Zone Change request from Single Family Residential (SF-2) to General Commercial (C-2) OR for a PD for all C-2 uses minus certain uses as listed with concept plan and parking as shown on concept plan for a 1.3070 acres parcel. The applicant is Rhett Stone, Living Stone Investments. The subject property is generally located at the southwest corner of the intersection of North Prairie Street and North Washington Street.
