Site development plans are to develop 368 single family residential dwellings and common open space lots with related development standards. This item and the companion annexation request should be tabled pending a Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation to City Council on January 15, 2026. The subject property is generally located on northeasterly side of Alexandra Road, north of West Holford Street and abutting the Texas and Pacific Railroad.ORDINANCE 619-16-2025
