- Discuss and act on approving a Professional Services Agreement with Wall Engineering, LLC to provide engineering and design services for the 2025 Water and Wastewater Improvements Project. This agreement includes design of water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades oriented towards facilitating and sustaining growth for upcoming developments in Pilot Point's Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN), following approved reimbursement resolution 2025-09-678 on Council Meeting from 12/11/2025.
