- Pursuant to Section 551.072, the Board may convene in a closed, non-public meeting to discuss any matters related to <strong>real property and deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property as such would be detrimental to negotiations between the City and a third party in an open meeting. The City and its attorney may also discuss such issues with the appropriate staff so as to obtain necessary and relevant information so that such discussion is informative and developed.
- Discussion and action, if any, on proposal from XOANA Entertainment Company for Billboards Campaign in the amount of $3,765 per month for 12 months.
- Discussion and action, if any, on proposal from XOANA Entertainment Company for road/traffic and promotional commercial route signs in Reynosa in the amount of $2,750 per month for 3 years.
