3. 2 Tracy Waldron, Finance Director, called the meeting to order at 12:04 PM. Committee members in attendance include Gail Bell, Lucas Martin and Devin Donovan. Quorum requirement met. Staff members in attendance include: Deputy City Manager James Hartshorn, Finance Department Director Tracy Waldron, Finance Department Assistant Director Lauren Henkes.

8. 6 Lucas Martin made a motion to approve the minutes from the Finance and Budget Committee Meeting August 21st, 2024. Devin Donovan seconded the motion, all committee members unanimously agreed. The motion passed.
9. 4A. Conduct a presentation on the City’s special revenues, escrow funds, and grants. 2024-1069
10. 5. Adjourn
11. 8 Finance Director Tracy Waldron, presented an overview of the Special Revenues, Escrow and Grants.
12. 9 Lucas Martin made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:36 pm, Gail Bell seconded the motion and all present committee members were in favor.
