3. 2 Tracy Waldron, Finance Director, called the meeting to order at 12:02pm. Committee members in attendance include: A.K. Brewer, Christine Bailey, Ronald Cintron, and Jonathon Reich. Quorum requirement met. Staff members in attendance include: Deputy City Manager James Hartshorn, Finance Department Director Tracy Waldron, Finance Department Assistant Director Lauren Henkes and Budget Analyst John Nguyen. There were no Council members in attendance.

8. 6 Ronald Cintron made a motion to approve the minutes from the Finance and Budget Committee Meeting from April 15th 2026, Christine Bailey seconded the motion, all committee members unanimously agreed. The motion passed.
9. 4A. Discussion regarding FY27 budget preparations and budget assumptions. 2026-0360
10. 4B. Discussion regarding future agenda items. 2026-0361
11. 8 Finance Director Tracy Waldron, presented the FY27 Budget and assumptions. Future agenda items were discussed.

13. 10 Christine Bailey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:07pm, Ronald Cintron seconded the motion and all present committee members were in favor. The motion passed.
