Approving an ordinance on second reading with the caption reading: An ordinance of the City of Pflugerville, Texas, amending the City of Pflugerville, Texas Code of Ordinances, Chapter 92, adding Articles III and IV regarding the quasi-judicial enforcement of health and safety ordinances creating a Building and Standards Commission in accordance with Chapter 54 of the Local Government Code, Subchapter C to meet local conditions; and the authority regarding a substandard building per 214 of the Local Government Code; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative; repealing all ordinances to the extent they are in conflict; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
