1.) Executive Session Item: Pursuant to Chapter 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, deliberations regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, transfer and/or sale of real property related to the Lower New Sweden Interceptor Project. 2.) Open Session Item: Discuss and consider action to authorize City Staff and City Attorney to take any and all action necessary to secure right-of-entry and access to real property for the purpose of conducting a survey and any other testing as needed for the Lower New Sweden Project.
