3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2026-05-20-05 approving amendments to the City of Olmos Park Purchasing Policy for alternative bidding process in addition to other updates in accordance with state law
4. The City Council will adjourn into executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076 Deliberations about Security Devices, to receive an update regarding Information Technology (IT) infrastructure following the migration to the new IT vendor. Following closed session the City Council will reconvene to discuss and consider authorizing Council Member Chris Pal-Freeman to assist Consultadd, Inc. in the migration to them as the new IT vendor. Such work to be performed as a designated representative of the IT vendor and not in his capacity as a member of the City Council</span></p>
