A) ZB26-0012 Public hearing and consideration of a request for a variance from Sec. 144-3.3-2(b)(1)(ii) to allow a carport to encroach 13 feet into the 25-foot front setback, within the R-2 (Single-Family and Two-Family District), currently addressed at 831 East Basel Street. 26-1094 approved Fail

B) ZB26-0013 Public hearing and consideration of a request for a variance from Sec. 144-5.4 (c) to allow a detached carport to encroach a maximum of 2 feet into the 5-foot interior side setback, within the R-2 HL HD (Single-Family and Two-Family, Historic Landmark, Mill Street Historic District), currently addressed at 586 West Mill Street. 26-1095 approved Fail

C) CS26-0301 Public hearing and consideration of a request by Pax Terra LLC, for an Alternative Sign Plan to allow a proposed freestanding monument sign structure to deviate from the established sign standards for property within the M-1 (Light Industrial District) currently addressed 710 North Walnut Avenue. 26-1100 Failed Fail
