1. Consider approval of purchase of a 2026 Ford F-550 Service Repair Truck from Sames Bastrop Ford, utilizing TIPS Cooperative Purchasing Contract #240901, in the total amount of $171,003.00 (Public Works Operations Manager).
2. Real Property – Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, a governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate on the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. The subject of this Executive Session is to discuss and consider approval of a proposed letter of intent related to the Stone Fort Museum. (City Manager)
